These terms govern your use of Flowboard. By using Flowboard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of Flowboard
- - Flowboard is an early access family dashboard service for calendars, photos, chores, announcements, and connected display devices.
- - You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
- - You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content added to your family workspace.
Families, Roles, and Permissions
- - Family owners and managers may invite members, manage family settings, connect services, upload content, and pair devices according to the permissions available in the app.
- - Members may be able to view or interact with family content depending on their role.
- - Flowboard may enforce limits for members, devices, photos, storage, pending invites, invite resends, and related account behavior.
Your Content
- - You keep ownership of photos, calendar information, announcements, chores, and other content you add or connect.
- - You grant Flowboard permission to host, process, display, and transmit your content only as needed to provide and improve the service.
- - Do not upload content unless you have the rights and permission to use it in your family workspace.
Google Calendar
- - If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize Flowboard to access calendar data needed to show selected calendars and events in Flowboard.
- - You can disconnect Google Calendar in Flowboard where available or revoke access through your Google Account.
- - Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
Acceptable Use
- - Do not use Flowboard for illegal, abusive, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or unauthorized activity.
- - Do not attempt to bypass security, access another family workspace without permission, overload the service, scrape the service, or interfere with normal operation.
- - Do not upload malware, exploit code, or content that violates the rights or privacy of others.
Availability and Changes
- - Flowboard is provided as a limited release service and may have bugs, downtime, data limits, changing features, or temporary interruptions.
- - We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
- - We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.
Termination
- - You may stop using Flowboard at any time.
- - We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, or use the service in a way that harms other users.
Disclaimers and Liability
- - Flowboard is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law.
- - Flowboard is not responsible for missed events, display issues, device failures, data loss, service interruptions, or damages resulting from use of the service to the fullest extent allowed by law.
- - Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty or liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
