Each of these runs the same board. Pick whichever screen you already have.
A browser you already have
Any device with a modern web browser, including iPad and Mac.
Open your display link and the board runs full screen — no download and no app store. On an iPad, add it to the home screen and it opens like an app. This is the web display, which uses a link rather than the app's pairing code.

Windows 10 or later, including a mini PC behind the TV.
The Flowboard app runs full screen on boot with no browser chrome, which suits a screen that is only ever going to show the board.

A Fire TV stick or Fire tablet, plus a TV with an HDMI port for the stick.
Install from the Amazon Appstore, open it, and a pairing code and QR code appear on the screen.

The Android app covers Google TV devices and Android tablets. It is in closed beta, so it is not a public download yet — ask us for an invitation and we will add your account.

We are working on apps that install straight onto the TV, with no stick at all. Until one arrives for your set, a streaming stick or the web display link runs the same board today.

Getting it on the screen
Setting up an app on a TV, stick, or PC
Install Flowboard on the device and open it. A pairing code and a QR code appear on the screen. Scan the QR code with your phone and the display pairs in seconds. If the camera will not cooperate, sign in at flowboard.family, open Settings then Devices, and type the code in from any browser.
Setting up the web display on a browser, iPad, or Mac
This one does not use a pairing code. Sign in at flowboard.family, open Settings then Devices, and use the Web display card to get your display link and its QR code. Scan it with an iPad camera, or open the link in Safari on a Mac, then add it to the home screen to run it full screen.
Do I need to buy anything from Flowboard?
No. There is no Flowboard hardware. The board runs on a screen you already own, or on an inexpensive streaming stick if the TV has no app of its own.
